The culvert, on the inside corner, as you go down Pratt and turn right onto Prospect, is sinking. You have to drive in the middle of the road as you take that blind corner. To note: school busses travel that route daily.

Hello.
This issue is in flux. The town has been doing a cold patch since about August. When there is a hard rain that results in 'road rivulets', the patch erodes. I did try to get a picture when it was raining, but the picture quality was very grainy.
I will close this issue and re-post when it happens again.
