The picked up the garbage by the water tank and some tree trunks along the side road but the litter is still there. I don't think they have ever picked up the litter in the 10 years I have lived here. A neighbor comes once in a while and picks it up, but it is a constant battle as people park there to drink and eat and then just throw the trash out of the car window.
