We are having a hard time living an every day life in our building. Our elevator has been broke for over 6 months and we lived on a high floor! Our "super" doesn't speak any english and does not help in any way. Our hot water hardly works on cold days and makes it really unbearable to shower. Overall, there a ton of issues in this building that need to be addressed.
