someone is feeding large number of pigeons by leaving bags & bags of bread strewn along the length of the sidewalk next to Grocery Outlet parking lot every day for weeks now - the public sidewalk is covered in pigeon @#$% and bread, crackers or seed. This is a public walkway not a park
