On the 3000 block of Orchard Circle, Decatur, 30032, there is a house that was recently occupied. It seems there are multiple families living inside. Sine their arrival, there are hundreds of pounds of garbage sitting on the curb. The trash service runs twice a week; it has not been picked up for several weeks. Strays have broken the plastic bags, it smells, it is littering the entire street at this point. I hope someone looks into this. Thank you.
