Sharraxaadda

The light to turn from Wilshire/Brookside on to Expressway and to get across Expressway needs to be adjusted. Early in the mornings I ride my bike across here to get to work. Sometimes cars have to wait 15 min or more. I typically use the crosswalk button to try to get it to change and this doesn't seem to work either. This past week I witnessed a school bus even run the light to make a left hand turn off of Wilshire on to expressway it had waited so long.
