    The bridge on the Hefner trail had the boards replaced a couple months ago. Shortly after they became very warped and now it is extremely rough to get across.

    It appears that the tornado siren may be malfunctioning. Every time the have gone off, this one only rings for 2 or 3 seconds and then stops while the others continue go.

    It appears someone hit one of the bollards at the entrance to the bike trail with a car. The bollard is broken and laying off to the side. There are broken car pieces scattered out and damaged concrete.

    The light to turn from Wilshire/Brookside on to Expressway and to get across Expressway needs to be adjusted. Early in the mornings I ride my bike across here to get to work. Sometimes cars have to wait 15 min or more. I typically use the crosswalk button to try to get it to change and this doesn't seem to work either. This past week I witnessed a school bus even run the light to make a left hand turn off of Wilshire on to expressway it had waited so long.
