WOW, I didn't realize there were minimum requirements. In my opinion accumulation of junk or rubbish is just that. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?? Regardless if the wood is "stacked neatly" or not, it still attracts Varmints. I'd be willing to bet that if this issue existed next door to one of our city officials it would be a totally different story
