This is a Family Dollar Store. I know you can require them to cleanup behind their store. The amount of litter is unacceptable, especially in an area that is slowly being revitalized.
There is a mattress dumped in the ROW and their dumpsters are not screened or properly managed. Please take this seriously, the city needs to clean up it's appearance.
