Heres a picture of the birds eating the food that was dumped by a man around 8:10 this morning(which is usually the time he comes out to give them food)

i have to agree with this complaint. the older man comes out of the house with potato chip bag of food. i observed him go down chestnut to the end of the garages and dump the food. the birds line up sitting on top of the garages on chestnut waiting for the food. there is a big black circle on the sidewalk in front of the 4th garage door this is where he dumps the food. i walk by different times but it usually anywhere from 7:00-8:30am that he will come out. he is a tall older man with glasses. he comes out a gate so i imagine its the back entrance to this address.
