Sharraxaadda

This is a chaotic intersection during rush hour. The crossing guard crosses children (usually with their parents, slowed down by scooters, bicycles, and the like) on the west side of the intersection, blocking traffic from turning left onto Walnut from 22nd. She often blocks the intersection for an entire cycle. It takes twenty minutes to travel 1.5 blocks in the morning. This is a main artery to anyone headed to 76 or 95 from Southwest Philly and Center City. There is no reason she can't cross the kids on the east side.
