In front of 2 Bixby Street is a low hanging wire. I'm a resident of the elderly housing units. This wire is going to cause issue for a vehicle passing by or someone walking. I use assistance to walk around and nearly got caught up in this wire. Would you send someone down to handle the issue. Thank you very much to the person reading this message

Wire is still hanging and even more extensively. Appears to be a cable wire, but children in the area are going to get caught up in the wires if they are not dealt with. I'd do it myself , but I am concerned about possible live wires. Thank you

It's a shame that it is illegal to just cut the wire.... (That would certainly get someone out to fix it pronto. Of course, such action is NOT advised--it COULD be a power-line!)
