In front of 2 Bixby Street is a low hanging wire. I'm a resident of the elderly housing units. This wire is going to cause issue for a vehicle passing by or someone walking. I use assistance to walk around and nearly got caught up in this wire. Would you send someone down to handle the issue. Thank you very much to the person reading this message
