Landlord does not maintain the rear area of the property. The front half of the backyard is a lawn, but the rest has been allowed to turn into a mess of weeds and weed trees. I would not care except that for the the last couple of years poison ivy has started to thrive back there and periodically grows through my fence. I have had two miserable rounds of poison ivy rash because of this.
