I have sent an email to andradecart@yahoo.com who pick up carts for the stores in Alameda. I have asked to have them come and retrieve the carts on Clinton Avenue at Otis Drive. The carts should be removed by the end of the week. Please make note of the email address so you can let them know directly if you see any more abandoned carts. This is not a function of the City, the carts belong to the individual stores.
