A. Between prospect hill and Marshall phelps on poquonock
Q. Approximately how large is the pothole?
A. Lip where road meets to ungraded area
Q. Is it in the travel portion of the roadway impeding traffic?
A. Too deep of bump where road is ground down waiting for paving. Lip is sharp when your car it's it
