I own the property at 103 Bergen Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032. I am having more issues from the tree that is in front of the home. Not only do the branches touch the second floor front windows, I am now having problems with the sewer lines from the roots of this tree. I had a plumber come in because I have sewer water entering into the basement. He informed me that the sewer lines are blocked because of the roots of this tree. The problem is only going to get worse. I have witnesses and proof of what this tree is doing to my property. I need this tree removed and this expensive issue resolved. Please contact me, Maria Gago or Jose Gago, as soon as possible at 201-955-0221. I live at 610 Chestnut Street, 1st floor, Kearny, NJ 07032. Thank you for your time.

The tree was inspected earlier this year and will be trimmed back from the second floor windows. As for the roots in the sewer line the Town takes the position that if roots are getting into you line that there is a deficiency in your line. The tree is alive and healthy therefore it will not be removed. Feel free to contact me further if you should any questions.
