This city owned tree was aggressively pruned. I believe the contractor hired by the homeowner of 1616 H was going to cut the tree down until someone intervened. Not sure if the tree will live.

UFA will correct the poor cuts and monitor the tree's response to the pruning. Unfortunately, UFA cannot issue a citation to the one who was responsible of doing this to the tree because UFA did not witness the act
