I guess we are never going to get a quiet, good night's sleep in this neighborhood. They are doing construction at night again, and now I think we have a train carrying oil moving in the middle of the night??? Every year, they do construction on this road and every year when they finish, it looks EXACTLY THE SAME as it was before the construction. Can we get some sleep??
