说明

This light needs to be changed to flashing yellow/red during off peak hours. I drive down State St. to work at 11pm every night, and my girlfriend drives to work that way at 7:00am and we BOTH get stuck at this light every single time. The other direction is nothing more than a parking lot to the old Wing Park complex. No reason they need a green light at any time after 6pm. Thank you.
