Thank you for your comment..We do and have responded to complaints for this..In fact the cabaret license was revoked due to complaints to APD. If there is loud music occurring please call 438-400 so that we can respond when occurring, document it and sanction accordingly if necessary. It is important that we are able to respond when it is actually occurring as opposed to responding afterward when the violation is not occurring. We have spoken to the management numerous times and I will have the area beat officer touch base once again with the facility manager.
