Description
Resident has lodged several complaints regarding refusemen leaving trash and recycling bins in the middle of the driveway after collection. Resident has trouble moving them in order to get car out of driveway. Please address this issue immediately

Really? They are mt and weigh all of 3 lbs on wheels. You brought them out there full you can move them to get out of your driveway- If everyone did their part we wouldn't need to pay an xtra 4 hours in labor everyday to perfectly place your receptacle where you want it.
Ridiculous laziness.
