Kids use this crosswalk to get to school at Mary Snow. The signal takes a VERY long time to change. We've waited for 10 minutes before and not had a safe crossing signal. This can be very frustrating for young children walking to school. When the signal is not reliable, they try to cross without it and that can be a major safety issue in this busy intersection.
