I don't know why CoR didn't acknowledge it, but I can tell you it's supposed to be that way. Traffic coming toward that light (westbound on Millbrook) are coming around a curve just before the light. Instead of waiting until the light in the middle of the intersection comes into view, this light way out on the left will be visible to them as they round the curve, so that someone going too fast will still have time to realize the light is red and come to a stop before blowing through the intersection.
Besides the light head in question, you'll see there are three light heads facing each direction, as there should be.
Because that light is not pointing in the wrong direction. That light lets oncoming traffic that th light is red or green because the light are not seen around the curve. The light is fine please use common sense That light has been like that for over 20 years and you report it now come on people think before posting
