Thanks, Ken, City of Oakland Parking Partners (COPP) has been notified! In fact, plans are in motion to make sure that the lots are inspected and cleaned daily. This includes emptying waste bins. Beyond this, COPP will propose permenant improvements including new waste bins--ideally, bins that will support the City's efforts to minimize landfill and encourage recyclying. Cheers
