The problem is that there was an increasingly pronounced pattern of violations. There is no reason anyone should believe that after HCS' fall break of 10/6-10/10 that it will relent. Rather than reacting to likely resurgence, be poised proactively for Mon, 10/10, please.

On Monday and Tuesday, after 7:15 AM when the reduced speed goes into effect, I saw instances of vehicles traveling an estimated 40-45 mph. Today I traversed the zone before 7:15 AM, thus made no such observations.
