We definitely need more patrols thank you

Thank you for reporting some of our concerns in downtown Corona.
I live by Husted Park on Merrill. Some of the same things are going on here.
Guys on cell phones by the alley then a car drives up and they exchange something.
Goes on all the time. We have a great police force. We have to let them know what is
going on.

We live on East Grand and experience the same kind of activity.

Homeless encampment in jungle gym at night. Put up blankets so you cant see them in jungle gym. They come like cockroaches from everywhere after 10. All you and crystal meth users. Not good at all for neighborhood. Our old Corona Elementary is not being properly locked up so the hind around facilities and use them. So sad as Victoria Park is beautiful and on jistoric map. Please patrol and get out of the car and walk around park. Graffiti abd drugs...soon break in's.

I too live right in this vicinity and there is no comfort in walking in the evenings anymore, or daytime either. We residents are here to help, to be the police's eyes and ears. We need to report this to the dispatcher immediately, as well as on this site.
Do whatever you can without risking your own safety.
After recent police activity in our block, I, for one, will be installing better lighting around my home as a line of defense.
