You are not seeing the issue. It's a bottlebrush tree between 1133 and 1143, with a red/white scooter parked in front of it. It is even more overgrown now. My wife is 5' tall and has to duck under it.

They did it! Landscape trimmed back. I noticed that the trimmings are still along side the fence. Will recheck on Monday to make sure the branches are disposed of.

Indeed, it is done! Amazing!!! The trimmings you see are from 1143, owned by someone else. They are trimming trees and brush on their lot and will be hauling it away soon.
