Several people in the neighborhood use the right of way on the southeast corner of Vista at Central Ave as a trash and yard waste dumping ground. Please clean it up. It is a dangerous public health hazard. It is a perfect job for those serving community service orders. And please post a sign there that says "No Dumping" or some other warning. The last time I sent this, you responded by sending street sweeping. It is NOT in the street.
