crossing K Street at 25th Street, NW is dangerous. timing for pedestrians is too short and cars go at a high rate of speed. waiting for light to change mid-way while on median strip is also dangerous because cars cut dangerously close to median. this happens during rush hour both in the evening and in the morning.
