Sharraxaadda

This has been called in numerous times and still hasn't been fixed. The parking meter # 26305 in front of 240 Bradley St is stuck halfway in between the expired / not expired mode. There is no time display on the screen and adding quarters does nothing. Please fix! Thank you.
