It is definitely a problem for sure!! No street parking would be best during this time or permanently.

The address listed it wrong it's further down right past the railroad track at 42nd Oyster Bar.

The better question is why is the fence around the construction site for the Link apartments halfway into the street? There is plenty of space between the edge of construction and the fence and the fence could easily be moved in a few feet.
