Deskripsyon

The west side of 12th street under I 40 is a health hazard. The bike lane is covered in pigeon feces. The sidewalk is also covered in feces - at least pigeon. Homeless people hang out there and it smells terriblely of urine. This area needs to be power washed at least once a week until 4th street downtown is open again and the homeless can hang out there again.
