Ed, respectfully, this is a waste of resources if it is happening during the day. I don't think the city should be unfriendly to commuters and visitors like it is now.

When tax paying residents are unable to park in front of their own street because out of state drivers find it convenient, I respectfully disagree.

Agree to disagree on this. At least you're active and looking out in the neighborhood. Please keep an eye on the uptick in vandalism / graffiti / petty theft too if you see it on your blocks there, then we can get the patrols that are needed not just at the new development up the street but here in the existing neighborhood too.
