The Department of Public Utilities is reporting that this was actually a work order that consisted of new lights being placed on the new Traffic poles. Once Dominion Va Power wires the poles ten our lights can be hooked up. The old lights are being removed that are on wood poles.If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 804-644-3000.
