Deskripsyon

There has been a broken up desk by the side of 409 Fountain Street for months. At first I thought it was put there for sanitation department to pick-up, but it has been there so long it has broken apart. Recently a mattress appeared in the same area and it has created an eyesore. Not sure who is responsible for picking up this kind of refuse, but please, can someone take care of this as soon as possible.

It's actually been there since before the winter- amazing what the half-life is of seemingly poorly-made composite furniture.

If you have further information (car license, color of car,description of person or people doing the dumping) please call the Non Emergency Number 203-946-6316 and use this incident's CAD # 142580462 to help resolve the issue. We will pick up the items when we can.

Instead of DPW picking up the desk/bulk garbage, can the resident/homeowner be fined for making the neighborhood look terrible? And then be told how to dispose of the waste? Conversely, if you do need the community's support in this, and if you promise to not have me arrested, I'll gladly go and move the desk parts from the curbside onto the resident's front door step.
