There are clearly marked bike lanes on Scarborough Street. It has been a tradition among residents to allow/encourage their landscapers to park in the lanes (weird since they all have huge driveways on this street) and to pile leaves up in the lanes. There is no need for addition of signs. A few tickets given out to motorists and homeowners who obstruct cyclist traffic ought to do it. This happens EVERY SINGLE YEAR.
