Description

a total of six tires where left next to a street light pole on plymouth street and cross street is 86th avenue since 9-8-14 3 on each side. I reported this problem on 9-8-14, service request number is 539326. I am attaching a picture. Tried to attach two pictures but it only let me upload one.
