Please provide additional comments or concerns to ensure a proper inspection.

There are several wires packaged together with a wrap of thin metal wire. This wrap is coming undone and one of the packaged wires is dropping away from the rest by several feet. As the wrap continues to unravel this low wire will fall into the alley. It has already come down far enough to prevent garbage trucks from entering.
