Rehab for addicts/boarding house across from Roosevelt grammar school building is residential not zoned as a boarding home. They did not apply for permits. Some really shady people (lots coming and going) protect our kids and neighborhood. None of the local residents knew this was coming since they didn't apply for anything. I am ashamed of Kearny of late. My kids are in danger thanks to you!
