Boarding house/rehab is located across from Roosevelt School. The building is residential and is not zoned for use as a boarding home. Occupancy was obtained without proper permits and /or paperwork. Why weren't people informed??. This creates an unsafe, unsavory situation for these young children. Why isn't children safety our number one priority????? We need to protect our kids and our community. This is disgraceful!!!!!
