We've sent a survey crew over to determine if the tree is on the City right-of-way or not. Will update when they have finished.

It is not on the ROW , it is on private property but looks potentially dangerous.

We have marked two trees in the right-of-way for removal, and have notified the property owner whose tree is leaning toward the right-of-way. The City work will be taken care of soon.
