Staff went out and did not observe any violations at this time. Closed.

RPD went out today, 7:52 a.m. 2/6/2015 and the black Cadillac and red trans am were in the yard. Pictures were taken of the vehicle and the vehicle information was confirmed. The information will be sent to the city's Housing inspection staff for follow up.

Any updates here? I know these cars haven't moved in months and the house and outbuilding were the subject of "unfit for occupancy" legal notices from the City in December. Would appreciate any information you could share. Thank you.

I agree an update is needed. These cars (and house) are such an eyesore for the neighbors.

Can anyone from the City please provide any information or updates to this issue? These cars haven't moved in months, one is now on blocks, and the house and outbuilding were the subject of "unfit for occupancy" legal notices from the City in December. However, someone is having a perpetual indoor yard sale with interested individuals roaming the house and the outbuilding.

Anonymous, the "someone" is the current "owner" who the city is not keeping off the property. Those are both his cars as well as his indoor garage sales. I have spoke with him many times and he has been very rude. I am so sick of this problem!
