Just to update...the garbage in the yard is now giving off a foul smell. The Health Department has been contacted and will be investigating.

I did forward this information to the Health Department. I have left messages with the Nationstar contact responsible for this property starting back weeks/weeks ago, I am still waiting for a call back. I have attempted to call Nationstar REO but you only stay on hold for hours on end. I spoke with the property maintenance company listed by Nationstar as their contact responsible for the maintenance of the property, they claim they do not have this property in their inventory.

Thank you for all your efforts. Our neighborhood appreciates it. It is a shame that people let their properties get this way. Hopefully Nationstar will get their act together soon.
