Over the last few weeks I've noticed different people coming and going from the house across the street, corner of Grand pl and Stewart ave. there's people dropping off bags and all different people staying in the house at different times. I've been told that this house is being utilized as a Halfway house, is this possible? How would a zoning permit be issued for a halfway house in a residential neighborhood and on a block with a grammar school? This needs to be investigated and addressed ASAP.
