North Capitol Street, between Washington DC VA Medical Center and Soldiers Home Cemetery has several lane-width bumps going in both directions that act like speed bumps, and make driving in that area difficult and potentially dangerous. Is it possible to either smooth out those bumps or add short ramps so that they're not so jarring to drive over?
