Description
On Friday, August 1 AT&T dropped off two new poles, laying them across the area between the sidewalk and the road in front of my house and my neighbor's house. They are still lying there (9/3/2014), killing the grass and plantings we have on this stretch. How much longer will these poles be left there? There aren't even any telephone poles on our side of the street!

Actually, the poles were dropped off on August 1. So that is now month and a half.

You would think since it was on New Haven Public Property (curbline) that Public Works or the Public Space inspector would have commented.
No one in the city uses this site anymore except the parks dept for tree inspections or traffic & parking to post no parking notices.
Seems we have to call directly to the city departments to get a response or just help each other like Mr. Heitmann did above.
