I agree the sidewalk outside motor gate is dirty and should be power washed. Also someone is also feeding the pigeons at the same area!

I agree, same person, resident of the hospital, is panhandling at the siubway station and Motorgate and was seen emptying his urine bag inside Motorgate structure. I guess he has mental health issues.

That area has been reported as filthy and dangerous previously and just recently at the RI newspaper. No one seems to claim responsibility for the Maintenanace neither Grsitdes nor Motorgsfe. Residents beg for food money, clothes and belongings and left overnight at the benches , garbage as well from the outside sitting ... Urine stench, uvrn bottles of urine are left I. The vicinity ...That area is total chaos and no one cares.

I agree, same person was seen discarding urine from a bag inside Motorgaye structure and panhandling. I guess social services need to intervene here, he may be mentally unfit.

All of this continues day after day with filth piling up and making this popular area to wait for the bus and enter the motorgate garage facility an awful sight. Please see some latest photographs I will attach.

Until the proper agency and or nursing facility deals with this man I will continue to post pictures. Is this supposed to be the spirit of Roosevelt Island's history? Letting seriously disturbed individuals do what they please because the island is and was conceived in its most recent past as a place for disabled people to be able to live well? In my opinion this man is not living well in a dark corner yelling at people and feeding pigeons so he can try to run them over with his motorized scooter. This is not humane or fair.
