Tree in front of home has Northern Tooth (a parasite) growing on it. She said it appears the Northern Tooth is going to fall off soon. she asked if someone can please go out and check it out.
sycamore with noticeable growth returns every year

11/3/14 I've called several times but never heard back from the the city. There is a sycamore tree in front of 49 West Rock Ave that appears to have northern tooth fungus growing on it. The fungus has been growing for months and is about to fall off. If this is northern tooth, the tree is likely very sick and other trees might be sick as well. I'd appreciate this matter being investigated before it's a more worrying structural issue for the safety of the wires, etc. The attached photo shows the fungus as of a couple months ago.
