Description

There's been a growing pile of trash bags, TVs, broken keyboards, diapers and more located next to the trash cans at this house for at least 6 months. It's attracting rats and is a dirty eye sore. Not sure if it's an issue of the residents needing to put their trash in the actual can or the trash men not picking it up, but it's high time for it to go.
